 Problem receiving PM
I recently received a PM on Tueday, then got an email notification on Thursday AM that I had a PM.

Web site told me I had no new PMs.

Thursday PM I got another email notice of a PM.
Go to website.
No PM.

Trying to keep my AMs and PMs straight ;) ... anyway, it seems likely that there is something less than 100% solid with PMs.

If somebody did actually send me a PM and I missed it, sorry, not on purpose!

This can happen when someone sends you a PM, but then they go to their 'Outbox' and delete it before you've read it. For example, I send you a PM, and the website sends email notification of that. I then change my mind. I check my 'Outbox' and see the PM is still there (it would be in the 'Sentbox' if you'd read it already). I then delete it from the 'Outbox'. Now you go and check your 'Inbox' and see no PMs.

So it's pretty simple. Someone wanted to say something to you but then changed their mind. Note: it wasn't me that sent you PMs...although I may have done this in the past with other people.

Make sure your inbox isn't full. I know on Rocks it'll prevent you from receiving it until you delete some old ones.

Thanks Mike, that was the first thing I checked ...

hmmm, thanks Bob. Sounds like a reasonable possibility.

JFTR Tom, it wasn't me. In fact, I'll send you a PM to this effect.
