 Off Beat Hikes
I would love a section for hikes that aren't a 48. Maybe even some hikes that aren't peaks at all. There are some great snowshoe trails, hiking loops, waterfall trips, etc, that should get some airtime.

I'd have plenty to contribute. I find myself in places like this often.

Thanks,

That's a really good idea- there are a lot of great non-4K hikes out there that deserve a mention. Out of all the hikes I've done in recent years, only 15 were on 4Ks; the rest were sub-4,000 foot hikes all around the state. Places like the Wapack Range, the Belknap Range, and even lesser-known gems such as Parker Mountain in Strafford, Pitcher Mountain in Stoddard, Hooksett Pinnacle in Hooksett, and Pack Monadnock via the Raymond Trail, which has a very nice waterfall along the way, are seldom mentioned. These are only a few of the many hidden gems of NH that are below four thousand feet in elevation, and I'm sure that everyone on this forum has their share of hikes like these.

Crackly, I would love to see your list. Granite Guy has posted several
Neat trails that I've been checking out. So far they've all been great.
Went to Adams Point in Durham today.

Just did Parker this past weekend it I would not recommend it right now. Ice flow for probably about .3 miles that was very difficult to get up even with microspikes. Otherwise not a bad little 2 miler with decent views from the rock wall/fire pit area. Can see over to Blue Job.

Pitcher was a nice quick one with nice views from the fire tower. Quick 30 minute hike RT. Nice snowshoe hike to boot.
