Re: Might have to get a new pack :)
Pet peeve of mine, but if they (or anyone) are going to make t-shirts for hiking related stuff, they really should be synthetic so we can wear them on the trails of mine. I wear a lot of the lite-weight EMS tshirts in summer on the trails, they are fine when dry but take forever to dry once soaked with sweat. I know you don't have to wear them hiking, but it would be nice if you could. Cotton kills!!

It also irritates me to no end that some hiking related shirts are not synthetic. My favorite one is the mount washington one. It's so light and comfy. Wish I could get more like it. It was made by Columbia.

When we designed these shirts cafe press didn't offer a synthetic, and now that they do it's a royal PITA to get the graphics right. Their tech support has been no help. Trying to do one for FOT48 too.

What's the trouble having a graphic on synthetics? To me the layman. It seems like you would provide a graphic and tell them to put it here. But that is Me grossly simplifying it.

Re: Might have to get a new pack :)
It's more about the tool they force you to use to design your shirt. It won't allow me to create the large graphic - the tool constrains the image to smaller than the maximum size allowed. Their support person was like, "huh, I can't get it to work either. Thanks for calling!"

Re: Might have to get a new pack :)
Even later than Grindboy for my response, but the answer is I have 3 packs I use, all Osprey as it turns out. A 38L Kestrel that was used year-round for a couple years, but now mostly sees use during shoulder seasons. A 26L Stratos that is the summer pack (just about time to get it out). And a 65L Atmos that is the overnight and winter pack.
Side note, the Kestrel 38 I have (2010 or 2011 model) is still my favorite. Just an all-around terrific pack. Rides well, packs well, plenty of tie on points. I've run mine through the ringer and it is still in good shape aside from the side mesh pockets having gotten torn a little from bushwhacking.
