My Flex Alps don't stay tight in the front anymore :( Season 3 and they loosen up a lot. And I popped a rivet for the traction bar. And the plastic "guide" where the heel strap emerges broke as well (held in place with duct tape for now.)

Well that's not something I wanted to hear. I'm sure you put way more miles on yours than I Tim, but it'll be interesting to see if these issues start to pop up with the Tubbs now that they've been around for a while. I don't expect my gear to last indefinitely but Id like to get as many miles out of mine as a good pair of hiking boots before replacing them.
