 Coolmax
Ive found a site offering Coolmax shirts for about $17 and am wondering what everyone thinks of them. I have a couple of Starter Dri-Star shirts that I like, can anyone compare the two? I want to pick up some more moisture wicking shirts inexpensive and I cant seem to find my size in the Dri-Star at Wal-Mart anymore.

I've always liked the Coolmax shirts. They're nice and light and they do an ok job of drying quickly, although when they get saturated, it's not all that much better than cotton. Of course, I saturate shirts a lot more quickly than most...

I find coolmax and duofold to be much cooler in the heat of summer and much warmer in the cold of winter than any cotton product. Poly anything always beats cotton. These words of wisdom are from this hiker with only 30 years experience, more than 20 living in Coos County year round.

Of course your mileage may vary!
:D

I've been buying the Duofold and Terramar shirts at Campmor. I'm not very comfortable with the way they feel when I first put them on. The Coolmax are more comfortable, I just hate the idea of paying 20 bucks for something I'm going to stink up in under an hour!

 I love CoolMax
I haven't tried anything but CoolMax, but I love it. My shirt feels light when I put it on, and I wear it on any hot day. It wicks beautifully, too. I also have CoolMax underwear (I can hear my hubby laughing from here), but I love that too.

Yeah, yeah--TMI.
