This is a shot in the dark. Some sort of loop involving Cannon, Cannonballs, and Kinsman's.

GG has it. Hancocks, then Hancock Notch down to Sawyer River Road. Up Signal Ridge to Carrigain, down Desolation to Stillwater Junction. The third "mountain" is the height of land between East Hitchcock and Mt. Hancock on the Cedar Brook Trail heading back to the hairpin turn to complete the loop.
