Dickey - Welch yes
Doubleheads yes
Firescrew no
Flagg (Ossipees) IGN
Fort IGN
Foss IGN
Franklin yes.. Dare to be different. Go off the beaten path. South Kinsman offers very little more than North yet they both made that other list. And if that's a consideration, then Welch and Dickey should be separated. My 2 cents.
Gap IGN
Glenn Boulder yes Must they have summits? If Artists' Bluff gets in GB deserves a spot
Great Hill IGN

I'm a little confused here. North and South Kinsman are on the 4K list because both are actual 4K's. Not sure what you are trying to say. :?:

What makes Glen Boulder any different than a hundred other way points along alpine trails? The Howks? The Castles? The Caps? Lions Head? Imp Face? Carter Ledge? Signal Ridge?... I can vote for non-summits but they have to be more than just a rock along the way, or I have a ton of new stuff to add to the list and make Brian's life difficult! :D

As for Franklin. Post a pic or something if it's that great. This is all I recall of it. Again, just a way point along the way from what I recall.

Nice, but not Unique. So, unless I'm missing something I'll have to vote no. But if it's really worth making the list there should be pics to justify it easy enough.

Hee Hee. Uhm, yeah. My bad. Lost my mind there for a moment. Wrong argument. Carry on folks. Keep moving. Nothing to see here.

So is this out the window? It's now just a straight yes or no with no comments or persuasion?

OK, time to kick off the vote portion. The way I am going to make this work is I will post in 10 peak batches for voting. We will take a few days to give people the ability to comment (if they feel it necessary) on why any of the peaks in that batch deserve to be, or not to be (that is the question ) on the list and to persuade the rest of us to your point of view.

In that case...

Dickey - Welch YES
Doubleheads IGN
Firescrew Yes included with Cardigan
Flagg (Ossipees) YES
Fort YES
Foss YES
Franklin NO
Gap IGN
Glenn Boulder NO
Great Hill YES

First, I'm just busting your chops. And second, you gave your opinion on glen Boulder about 10 posts ago. Don't need to flog a dead horse.

And this Great Hill works too. 8)

Yeah that was pretty much my thinking. I mean, making Glen Boulder a "via" to get to Boott Spur would be fine (since Boott Spur trail is one of the most MISERABLE trails in the whole White Mountains  ). But as a solo destination, I don't know.

But we have at least one other destination that will be coming up for a vote, so this isn't necessarily a peak only list. 8)

I know you're busting my chops. Forgot the winky smile in my reply! 8) :P

But I am open minded until the final vote is in. I'd hate to vote off one of someones favorite spots. Just might take some convincing, lobbying and bribery to get my vote. That Great Hill can have my vote any day!! :D

Yes on the following - W/D, Doubleheads, Glen Boulder, Cardigan.

That's all I'm qualified for, 'cause we haven't been to the others! Guess who needs to get out more!
