Here's hoping everyone's Christmas wishes come true. All except the wanting of snow. 8)

Probably most who have children are disappointed in the weather as of late. But I'm sure the
Gridiots are in peak-bagging heaven. :P

I decided to move this from Life in General. I myself rarely scroll all the way to the bottom of the page. Image

What's all that White Stuff in the picture?! :)

Merry Christmas to all the fellow forumites. Hope Santa brings you lots of shiny new hiking gear and you are all overloaded on family, friends and cheer!

Sure we'd love to be out on the school vacation snowshoeing with the kids, but now they can run around the yard and use the swings and not drive us nuts inside all day long. I do feel bad for anyone who planned to go away skiing over the Holidays. I doubt it's going to be a very Happy New Year for the resorts, at least for the immediate future.

Hey, that photo looks awfully familiar....like January 2016 familiar. :D

Hope you and Becky have a great one as well! Don't fatten up too much to the point it takes you a month to get back into prime trekking condition. And tell Becky to go easy on the Mai Tai's.

The same right back atcha Joe, and my echo of the sentiment to all the rest of you hooligans that share my addiction, regardless of where y'all choose to hike. Be safe. And PLEASE think snow. We'll all be sorry come spring if we have no run-off to keep our beloved forest hydrated.
