BUT in the meantime while I'm waiting for all that to happen I'll keep my legs strong and my spirit free by re-hiking as many AMC 4Ks as possible. Somebody's gotta keep the trs alive

To each their own on the free spirit part. Mine is uplifted by new sights, trails and mountains. There are some things in life I just don't think I'll ever grasp. The same old stuff does the opposite for me. Makes me feel like I just wasted a day I'll never get back. But somehow I manage to keep the TR's coming also without visiting the NH48. Not sure how. It's one of the great mysteries of our time! 8)
