Man, this section was a major PUD fest! I knew that thee LT north from Camel's Hump is a beast, but this was an unwanted confirmation. :D Oh well, can't wait until the section hikes take us into the comelier hills South of "The Hump". 8)

Very interesting. My usual partner in crime and I have had a plan to thru hike the LT starting next spring. We were hoping to be done with the NE115 by then and celebrate our 40th birthdays with this hike. I don't see us being done with the other list by then so maybe the hike will wait another year or two, but I'll be following your reports with great interest. Good luck with this project!

I am envious of people who can thru hike, mainly because I know I don't have the fortitude it takes to do it. Hopefully we can bust out a few more sections soon, when the snow is almost gone or gone.
