The ECDBB (East Coast Division of the Brutus Brigade)
met for it's reunion hike up one of Brutie's favorite mountains today :!:

The trail of choice for this crew is The Glencliff. Tho there is hardly any snow down low, and only a minimal up high, the day was a gorgeous Winter day in all other respects.

Brutie and Kevin are back for a weeks worth of "running" around the White Mountains, and Brutie frequently let us know that he was thoroughly enjoying a hike with his NH Hiking companions........... he bounced, and BARKED (Brutie doesn't bark ~ but today he did :D
and greeted everyone, sat on our hiking boots, rolled on to his side for belly rubs, etc. He let us know he was very happy to be back for this vacation.

The sky cleared of most the clouds, the winds abated to a moderate strength, we even hung out on the East side of the summit longer than we imagined we would. # 15 for Apex Al, # 30 for Drew, a FIRST for Christine, a 1st time Winter visit for a few others, and a first visit with any view from this summit for John G 8)
